I believe therapy is a collaborative process—you are the expert on your own life. My role is to walk alongside you as a guide, offering insight and support as you navigate what feels most important to you.
I often think of therapy as “trying on different hats.” Not every approach will fit, and together we explore what truly resonates and supports meaningful change base in evidence based practices.
I work with individuals, couples, and families to strengthen communication, deepen understanding, and build more secure, connected relationships—whether you’re navigating a specific challenge or simply wanting to feel closer and more connected. Together, we’ll address conflict, disconnection, or life transitions while helping you feel safer, more grounded, and more secure in your relationships and within yourself.
My approach is integrative, drawing from attachment, relational, and trauma-informed perspectives to support you as a whole person. I use somatic and mindfulness techniques and am trained in EMDR and am currently training in the Gottman method.
No matter your goals, I strive to offer a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore, grow, and create lasting, meaningful change.

I work with individuals to navigate life transitions, trauma, grief, & personal growth.

I work with all types of couples including LGBTQIA+ and none traditional relationship orientations

I work with couples and individuals around a wide range of sexual topics and I am kink affirming.

Together we can explore whether EMDR is the right approach for your needs and healing.

I’m an Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker Associate (LICSWA) in Washington State. I graduated from Simmons University in 2024 and have experience working at a dual-diagnosis agency supporting individuals navigating both mental health and substance use concerns. Working with people through life’s challenges and growth is incredibly meaningful to me, and I feel grateful to do this work.
I understand how vulnerable, intimidating, and even awkward it can feel to start therapy. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable showing up exactly as you are. At the same time, I believe it’s important to acknowledge that therapy isn’t always comfortable—and that’s okay. Growth often asks us to have difficult conversations and face uncomfortable emotions, but those moments can also lead to meaningful change.
I believe healing doesn’t only happen in the therapy office—it also happens through connection, rest, laughter, and spending time doing the things that help us feel like ourselves. I hope to offer a therapeutic relationship where you feel accepted, challenged when needed, and supported every step of the way.

At this time, I do not accept insurance directly. I can provide a super-bill for clients who would like to seek out-of-network reimbursement from their insurance company.
I am also part of a group practice that accepts Aetna and, soon, Molina. If you have one of these insurance plans and would prefer to use your insurance benefits, please reach out to inquire about current availability through the group practice.
A super-bill is a detailed receipt for therapy services that includes the information your insurance company may require to process an out-of-network reimbursement claim. If you have out-of-network mental health benefits, you may be able to submit a super-bill to your insurance company and receive partial reimbursement for the cost of your sessions.
If you have questions about the process, I’m happy to help however I can. While I can’t guarantee insurance reimbursement or speak on behalf of your insurance company, I’m happy to answer questions about super-bills and help you navigate the process as best I can.
You pay for your therapy sessions at the time of service, and I provide a super-bill upon request. You then submit the super-bill to your insurance company for reimbursement. The amount you may receive depends on your specific insurance plan and out-of-network benefits.

The length of therapy looks different for everyone. Some people come to therapy to work through a specific challenge and meet for a few months, while others choose to stay longer for ongoing support, personal growth, or navigating life’s transitions.
Together, we’ll regularly check in about your goals and make sure therapy continues to meet your needs. My hope is that therapy feels like a supportive resource for as long as it is helpful to you.
